Release v1.9.102
Custody Note v1.9.102 — updates for criminal defence professionals using the desktop attendance note app on Windows and macOS.
- Sync: when integrity proves cloud already holds pushed sync_ids and push returns written:0 (already-present / empty write), dequeue outbox and clear dirty — ends the fake “N not confirmed” footer after Full re-sync
- Pending uploads count unique cases (no dirty+queue double-count); Fix sync now remains the preferred heal (not Re-upload all)
- Pulls persist lastVerifiedCloudSyncIds so integrity localOnly is meaningful; cycle skip no longer claims ok_empty_outbox while queue remains
- Packages stale-outbox reconcile from PR #58 on top of v1.9.101
