Custody Note v1.9.50 — updates for criminal defence professionals using the desktop attendance note app on Windows and macOS.
- Cross-device sync: one canonical encryption key per licence — fixes records still not syncing when two computers each had their own key and overwrote cloud escrow
- Cross-device sync: second device adopts the first device’s key and re-pushes its records under that key so every record decrypts on every computer
- Cross-device sync: stops escrow ping-pong — devices no longer overwrite each other’s cloud recovery key after every push
