Firm workspace

Custody Note is free while it's in beta. Paid Pro features may come later; anyone using it during beta will get notice first. You can't buy Pro yet. Firm workspace adds seats, branding and shared templates on the desktop. After beta, paid Pro may add managed cloud backup and advanced tools. Cross-device sync (up to 5 computers per account) is included free during beta. See For firms for pilots and IT deployment, or contact us for multi-site roll-outs.

In the desktop app now

  • Firm name and branding footer on this device
  • Invite seats by email (local MVP, cloud seat billing later)
  • Shared templates your team can reuse in notes

Open Settings → Licence → Firm workspace after installing Custody Note.
