Custody Note v1.9.103 — updates for criminal defence professionals using the desktop attendance note app on Windows and macOS.
- Fix sync: clear thrash backoff on pending outbox (not only failed/blocked) and scan due queue items beyond the oldest 20 — so already-cloud written:0 reconcile actually runs after Full re-sync
- Empty-write reconcile confirms per sync_id in the cloud id set (partial batches) instead of failing the whole HTTP batch when one id is missing
- Integrity counts soft-deleted local-only sync_ids; pulls flush lastVerifiedCloudSyncIds even when inventory count is unchanged
- Heals Robsprgr 1.9.102 miss: cloudSyncIdCount 114 + localOnly 0 still left Fix sync UPLOAD_INCOMPLETE with dirty/queue stuck
