Custody Note v1.9.48 — updates for criminal defence professionals using the desktop attendance note app on Windows and macOS.
- Cross-device sync: footer now shows honest status (No remote records, decrypt failed, Up to date) instead of misleading Synced when nothing arrived
- Cross-device sync: Full re-sync from cloud and Push all pending now in Settings → Backup
- Cross-device sync: pull cursor no longer advances when records fail to decrypt — skipped records can be re-pulled after key recovery
- Cross-device sync: empty secondary devices automatically run a full re-sync on startup
- Cross-device sync: warning toast when remote records cannot be decrypted
