Custody Note v1.9.67 — updates for criminal defence professionals using the desktop attendance note app on Windows and macOS.
- AI answers (Ask AI and Law / Elements fill) now use web search and must include Sources — unsourced or unverified case-law style claims are blocked
- Insert and Append stay disabled until at least two source URLs are present; Sources are shown in the review UI
- Accuracy rules baked in: no hallucinations, if in doubt do not quote, solicitor must still verify primary materials
