Custody Note v1.9.98 — updates for criminal defence professionals using the desktop attendance note app on Windows and macOS.
- Licence: one Settings “Email my licence key” control (active, grace, and no-licence); Support links to it instead of a duplicate form
- Sign-in overlay keeps Email my licence key when Settings is gated; Send login link stays a separate magic-link action
- Email my licence key always uses licence:email-key (activated key and/or typed email); success only when API reports sent:true; honest errors on rate limit and sent:false with Ref
- Pairs with website email-key index resolution (PR #16) so admin / reverse-index keys on file are emailed
