Custody Note v1.9.66 — updates for criminal defence professionals using the desktop attendance note app on Windows and macOS.
- Case Assessment: Ask AI — tick to open a multi-turn Q&A session for any legal question (follow-ups stay open until you close); Copy or Append to Law / Elements only when you choose
- Law / Elements AI fill: draft stays in the review modal until you press Insert; clear notice when the field already has saved text
- Ask AI and Law fill checkboxes are never printed on the PDF
